Ingredients

1 each banana ripe, or peach, or nectarine, peeled and cut up, and cut up
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon honey sugar or maple syrup
1 tablespoon bran natural

Directions

Combine banana, milk, honey and bran in blender or food processor.

Whirl until smooth. Pour into tall glass.
