| 1 | teaspoon | red wine vinegar |
Chop onion and pepper; mince garlic; sauté in a little of the bean liquid until soft.
Add beans with remaining liquid. Add dry spices.
Simmer 15-30 minutes.
Add vinegar just before serving.
