Ingredients

3 each garlic cloves minced
1/2 each red onion chopped
1/2 each sweet red bell pepper diced
1/2 each sweet yellow bell peppers diced
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons coriander
4 each limes juice of
1/2 cup olive oil
1 each jalapeno pepper minced
2 cups black beans cooked
1 tablespoon cilantro
2 each oranges peeled, sectioned
1 x salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

Combine first nine ingredients in order in large bowl.

Toss on beans and oranges.

Mix to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Cajun Chicken Pasta
