Ingredients

1 cup onions chopped
3/4 cup cornmeal yellow
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 cup evaporated milk skim
1/4 cup water
16 ounces corn kernels, canned canned
16 ounces black beans, canned rinsed
16 ounces tomatoes, stewed, canned
4 ounces green chili peppers, canned diced, mild

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Lightly spray an 8 inch square baking pan with non stick spray.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients,.

Mix well, Place in prepared pan.

Bake uncovered 45 minutes.
