Ingredients

10 pounds ground chuck (ground beef)
1 cup red pepper flakes
1 cup chili powder
3/4 cups paprika
1/2 cup cumin
1/4 cup garlic powder
1/4 cup salt
1/8 cup red pepper flakes crushed
1 pound suet
3 quarts water
1/4 cup sugar

Directions

Add fat first, then meat and seasonings to fat. Add water after it cooks 2 hours. Twenty minutes before serving add sugar. Cook 3 hours total. Stir occasionally. Good with raw chopped onion on top.
