Ingredients

For meatloaf
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup onion grated
1 medium green bell pepper chopped
3 large eggs beaten
1 each hamburger buns grated
1/2 cup cottage cheese creamy
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper ground
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
For topping
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/3 cup brown sugar packed
1 teaspoon nutmeg ground
1/2 cup ketchup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

To prepare meatloaf: Combine beef, onions, bell pepper, eggs, grated bun, cottage cheese, salt, ground pepper, milk and Worcestershire sauce.

Place in a 9 by 12 inch baking pan or dish.

For topping: Mix together mustard, brown sugar, nutmet and ketchup; spread on top of meatloaf.

Bake for 1 hour.
