| 2 | cups | butter | |
| 2 | cups | sugar | |
| 2 | cups | brown sugar | |
| 4 | large | eggs | |
| 2 | teaspoons | vanilla extract | |
| 4 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 5 | cups | oatmeal | blended in a blender to make a powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 2 | teaspoons | baking powder | |
| 2 | teaspoons | baking soda | |
| 24 | ounces | chocolate chips | |
| 8 | ounces | milk chocolate bars | grated |
| 3 | cups | nuts | chopped |
Cream butter and both sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda.
Add chocolate chips, milk chocolate bar, and nuts.
Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
Makes 112 cookies (recipe may be halved).
*Measure oatmeal and blend in a blender to get a fine powder.
