Ingredients

2 each onions medium, peeled and cut
3 each carrots large, sliced
2 Stalks celery sliced
5 each potatoes medium, peeled, cut
1/2 pound beef tvp, chunks
10 ounces green peas frozen
5 tablespoons beef broth or miso broth seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon gravy master
1 tablespoon garlic powder or chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients, except peas, in large pot or dutch oven.

Add enough water to cover 1 inch below ingredients (about 4 cups).

Cover and cook over very low heat for approx 1 hr, stirring occasionally.

Add peas and cook an additional 15 min.

Savory Wild Goose Stew
