| 2 | each | onions | medium, peeled and cut |
| 3 | each | carrots | large, sliced |
| 2 | Stalks | celery | sliced |
| 5 | each | potatoes | medium, peeled, cut |
| 1/2 | pound | beef | tvp, chunks |
| 10 | ounces | green peas | frozen |
| 5 | tablespoons | beef broth | or miso broth seasoning |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1 | tablespoon | gravy | master |
| 1 | tablespoon | garlic powder | or chopped |
Combine all ingredients, except peas, in large pot or dutch oven.
Add enough water to cover 1 inch below ingredients (about 4 cups).
Cover and cook over very low heat for approx 1 hr, stirring occasionally.
Add peas and cook an additional 15 min.

This recipe worked very well with 1 wild canadian goose. The stew produced was full of flavor and the meat was very tender. I will definatly use it again!
