| 3/4 | pound | ground beef | browned, drained and cooled |
| 1 1/2 | cups | cheddar cheese | shredded |
| 3/4 | cup | cottage cheese | |
| 2 | large | eggs | lightly beaten |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1 | ct | puff pastry | frozen, thawed, cut into 5 inch squares |
Combine filling ingredients.
In center of squares, put a heaping 1/3 cupful of filling; moisten edges of pastry with water, fold over to form triangles; press with fork to seal.
Bake at 400F. about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
