Ingredients

1 each pasta, elbow macaroni package, cooked, drained
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 pound beef ground, browned, drained
1 x salt to taste
1 x black pepper to taste
1 each onion chopped
2 each celery stalks, chopped
1 each tomato paste can
3/4 cups water
2 tablespoons sherry
1 each soup, tomato can
1 x cheddar cheese or parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon oregano

Directions

Toss cooked noodles in oil. Place in greased crockpot. Add all remaining ingredients, except grated cheese. Stir thoroughly. Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover and cook on Low 4 to 8 hours or High 2 to 3 hours.

Moist Banana Bread

Best banana bread I have ever had. I even forgot to put the butter in the last time I made it and it was still delicious. Very moist, and has lots of banana flavor. Put pecans in for a real treat!
