Directions

In a bowl, mix beef, salt and tumeric. Heat oil in a pot on medium. Add onion, garlic and ginger and sauté 3 minutes. Add the beef mix and spices and sauté 5 minutes. Add the water, cover and simmer until the beef is tender. Add potatoes and simmer another 20 min.
