Ingredients

1 part black beans or red, canned or dry, soaked and cooked
1 part sweet corn frozen
1 each onion chopped
1 each sweet bell peppers chopped
1 each celery chopped
1 each cumin ground
1 each rice vinegar

Directions

Mix the veggies, add cumin and rice vinegar to taste.
