| 1 | cup | water | |
| 1/2 | cup | pasta sauce | thick and chunky |
| 16 | ounces | tomato sauce | |
| 1 1/2 | cup | rice | instant white, uncooked |
| 1 | cup | corn | frozen |
| 1 | cup | sweet red bell pepper | chopped |
| 1 | cup | black beans | rinsed, drained |
| 1 | pound | ground beef | (optional), browned, drained |
Combine sauce ingredients in large skillet; mix well. Bring to a boil. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until rice is cooked and vegetables are tender.
This recipe was very quick and easy. It was something different to do with ground beef, and it is quite tasty. I will definately make it again! Thank You!!
