Ingredients

1 cup water
1/2 cup pasta sauce thick and chunky
16 ounces tomato sauce
1 1/2 cup rice instant white, uncooked
1 cup corn frozen
1 cup sweet red bell pepper chopped
1 cup black beans rinsed, drained
1 pound ground beef (optional), browned, drained

Directions

Combine sauce ingredients in large skillet; mix well. Bring to a boil. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until rice is cooked and vegetables are tender.
