Ingredients

1 1/2 cups vegetable stock or chicken stock or water
1 pinch salt
1 cup couscous

Directions

In saucepan, bring water and salt to boil; stir in couscous.

Remove from heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes.

Fluff with fork.
