| 1 | pound | ground beef, extra lean | |
| 1 | tablespoon | onion | minced |
| 1 | can | biscuits | canned |
| 1/2 | cup | barbecue sauce | |
| 2 | tablespoons | brown sugar | |
| 3/4 | cup | cheddar cheese |
Brown hamburger; add sauce, onion and brown sugar.
Simmer. In greased muffin tin, put 1 biscuit in each cup and shape into a cup.
Spoon hamburger mixture into cups.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
