Ingredients

3 pounds shrimp medium, cleaned and shelled, with tails left on
1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco)
1 tablespoon garden herb seasoning
1 x barbeque sauce

Directions

Combine liquids and garden herb seasoning in a large bowl.

Add shrimp and marinate in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours.

Place shrimp on a grill basket or thread on skewers for easy turning.

Grill over medium hot flame 3 to 5 minutes per side.

Serve with Bar-B-Q Sauce.

Makes 24 to 30 appetizer servings or serves 6 to 8 as an entree.
