| 1/2 | cup | butter | |
| 1/2 | cup | brown sugar | |
| 1 | tablespoon | dark rum | |
| 1 | tablespoon | creme de banana | |
| 3 | large | bananas | split and sliced |
| 1 | x | vanilla ice cream | |
| 1 | dash | cinnamon |
In a wide skillet, melt butter and sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture has blended to caramel.
Add liquors and ignite. (Use caution!) Heat bananas in mixture for 2 minutes and serve over ice cream. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.
