| 1 | each | flour tortillas (8 inch) | |
| 2-3 | tablespoons | peanut butter | |
| 2-3 | tablespoons | grape jelly | |
| 1 | small | banana | peeled |
Place tortilla on a paper towel. Microwave 10 to 20 seconds on HIGH until the tortilla is soft and warm. Spread with peanut butter. Top with grape jelly. Place the banana near the right edge of the tortilla. Fold up the bottom fourth of the tortilla. Bring right edge over the banana and roll-up.

This was excellent - I had to add in a few button mushrooms because I didn't have enough portobello's but I don't think it altered the flavor too much. My whole family (including my 3 year old) loved it. I served it over spaghetti that I had whipped up earlier in my pasta machine. It was a very quick and easy dish to prepare that would easily be worthy of company...bravo!
