Ingredients

1 1/2 packages graham crackers crushed
1/2 cup sugar
6 tablespoons butter
Cake
2 pounds cream cheese softened
5 jumbo eggs beaten and warmed in microwave for 25 seconds
1 cup sugar
3 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups banana mashed
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

Mix first three ingredients and pat into a 10 inch springform pan bottom and sides.

Beat the cheese until light and fluffy. Add sugar and beat some more. Add eggs, one at a time beating after each addition. Stir in sour cream, vanilla and cornstarch. Blend well. Stir in banana.

In a preheated 350 degree oven bake cake directly over a pan with one inch of water for 60 minutes or more until firm.
