Ingredients

1 package yeast, active dry
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons gluten flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup milk, skim, (non fat) powder
1/3 cup walnuts broken
1 each egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 medium banana sliced
8 each strawberries frozen, thawed, with liquid
1/3 cup pineapple, canned, crushed drained, reserve juice
1/3 cup pineapple juice reserved, heated
1/2 cup chocolate chips
4 each maraschino cherries chopped

Directions

Place ingredients, except chocolate chips and cherries, in pan in order listed. Select white bread setting and press "Start". Add chips and cherries at beep, just before end of kneading.
