| 1/2 | cup | applesauce | at room temperature |
| 2 | each | egg whites | whipped |
| 3 | Tbsp | orange juice | at room temperature |
| 1 | cup | bananas | mashed |
| 1/2 | cup | pumpkin | |
| 2 1/2 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1/2 | cup | sugar | granulated |
| 1/2 | cup | brown sugar | packed |
| 1 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | cloves | |
| 1 | teaspoon | baking powder | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | baking soda | |
| 1/2 | cup | raisins, seedless |
Preheat oven to 350F.
Prepare a pan(s) with cooking spray and flour.
In a mixing bowl, combine applesauce, egg whites, orange juice, bananas, and pumpkin.
In another mixing bowl, combine flour, sugars, cinnamon, cloves, baking powder, baking soda, and raisins.
Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened.
Pour into prepared pan(s). Bake for 1 1/4 hours depending on pan size.
