Ingredients

1 package yeast, active dry
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup wheat germ toasted or bran
1/3 cup milk, skim, (non fat) powder
2 tablespoons gluten flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup bananas ripe, sliced
3/4 cup figs dried, quartered, stem tips removed
2 each egg whites
1 tablespoon canola oil or vegetable oil
2 tablespoons malt extract (or honey)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup water very warm

Directions

Add all the ingredients into the pan in the order listed Select white breadand push "Start".
