Ingredients

2 1/2 cups biscuit baking mix (bisquick) bake it all mix*
1 cup bananas mashed**
1/4 cup nuts chopped
1 each egg
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Directions

*Do not pack.

**About 1 pound, or 4 small bananas Combine bananas, nuts and egg. Add Mix, sugar and soda. Beat to blend thoroughly.

Turn into a 9 by 5 by 3-inch loaf pan, bottom rubbed with shortening.

Bake in a 350 F. oven 45 to 50 minutes. Let stand about 10 minutes, then turn out on rack to cool.

Twelve hours' storage improves flavor and texture.

15-Minute Stroganoff
