Ingredients

4 each bananas green tipped or all yellow
2 tablespoons butter melted
1/2 cup coconut shredded
1 x light cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice or lime juice

Directions

Start heating oven to 375 degrees F.

Grease 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish.

Cut bananas into halves, crosswise; place in dish.

Brush well with butter, then lemon juice; sprinkle with coconut.

Bake 15 to 20 min., or until easily pierced with fork.

Serve warm, with cream or Orange Sauce.

Makes 4 servings.

Thai Basil Beef

This was very good! Thanks! I did end up using more fish sause and a little soy sause and garlic salt for flavour. My son ate his whole plate and asked for seconds, and so did my husband. Awesome!
