Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
1 pound italian sausage
29 ounces spaghetti sauce
1 pound pasta, ziti or shells
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
3/4 tablespoon garlic powder
12 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
1 x parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated to taste

Directions

Break up and brown the meats and onion togeather, until just brown.

Add the spaghetti sauce and simmer while the pasta is cooking.

Add the spices to taste, and when the pasta is done, combine it with the meat and the cheese in a large baking dish and bake in a 350 F oven for 30 to 45 min.

Serve with warm garlic or italian bread and wine if you like.

Chicken Curry Casserole

This rice casserole was a big hit with my family! The only problem was that after 45 minutes the rice wasn't cooked at all. I baked it, covered, for another 30 minutes, and it was perfect. I think the next time I would cook it with covered. The taste was just excellent!
