Ingredients

16 slices cinnamon-raisin bread stale
3 large eggs
2 each egg yolks
1 cup vanilla ice cream melted
1 dash nutmeg cinnamon
1 1/2 cups maple syrup
1/2 cup pecans toasted

Directions

Blend eggs, yolks and ice cream.

Arrange 8 of the bread slices in buttered 9x13 inch baking dish.

Pour 1/2 custard mixture over, add second layer of bread and pour remaining over all.

Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.

Bake at 350 degrees F. 10 minutes or till cusard is set.

Mix maple syrup with pecans.

Warm on low and serve over toast.
