Arrange cucumbers and onions in layers, adding to each layer, salt, pepper and flour. Cover with chili sauce and dot with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees until tender, about 30 minutes.

WE made these last night and they were quite good. The meat was very tender and the bar-b-que wasn't overpowering but it lacked that certain tang bar-b-que should have.
