| 2 | large | eggs | beaten |
| 1/2 | cup | buttermilk | |
| 1 | tablespoon | dijon mustard | |
| 2 | cups | cornflake crumbs | |
| 6 | each | chicken legs | or thighs |
Dip chicken pieces in flour then beaten eggs and then in crumb mixture.
Bake in hot oven 425 F about 25 minutes.
We did 1 thing different,used boneless,skinless chicken breasts.just needed to cook 50 minutes..
