We did 1 thing different,used boneless,skinless chicken breasts.just needed to cook 50 minutes.. Added graded orange peel,to the egg mixture,par excellance:::::: needless to say there was nothing left......

Ingredients

1/2 cup flour, all-purpose
2 large eggs beaten
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 cups cornflake crumbs
6 each chicken legs or thighs

Directions

Dip chicken pieces in flour then beaten eggs and then in crumb mixture.

Bake in hot oven 425 F about 25 minutes.

this needs to cook for at least 40 minutes. the 25 minute cook time is not accurate.
