| 2 | pounds | chicken | meaty (breasts, thighs, drumstick) |
| 2 | tablespoons | milk, skim | |
| 2 | tablespoons | onion powder | |
| 2 | teaspoons | thyme leaves | dried thyme, crushed |
| 4 | teaspoons | garlic salt | |
| 8 | teaspoons | white pepper | ground |
| 8 | teaspoons | black pepper | ground |
Remove skin from chicken. Rinse chicken, pat dry. Spray a 13 by 9 by 2 inch baking dish with nonstick coating. Arrange the chicken, meaty sides up, in dish. Brush with milk. In small bowl mix onion powder, thyme, garlic salt, white pepper, red pepper, and black pepper.
Sprinkle over chicken. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 45 to 55 minutes or till the chicken is tender and no longer pink.

I made the dish last night and found it to be a little fatty in the smell of the meat, even though I made it with a good grade of ground meat. I will try to do something different the next time I make this dish, as overall I enjoyed it and will try again. thanks for the dish.
