| 1 | head | cabbage | quartered |
| 1 | each | onion | chopped |
| 1 | x | dill weed | fresh |
| 1/3 | cup | vegetable stock | |
| 1 | each | apple | peeled, chopped |
| 1/3 | cup | white wine | optional |
| 3 | tablespoons | parsley leaves | fresh chopped |
| 1/4 | cup | mozzarella cheese | shredded, non-fat |
Put cabbage in casserole. Top with onion, apples, cheese and parsley. Put broth in bottom. Cover with foil and bake 350~ until cabbage is tender.
