Ingredients

6 slices bacon cooked, crumbled
1 cup olives ripe, chopped
1/2 cup scallions, spring or green onions tops, chopped
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, very old, sharp shredded
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Toast bread on one side and cut in assorted shapes. Spread mixture on untoasted side.

Broil until brown or freeze until ready to use.

Chinese Egg Rolls

TRIED THIS RECIPE WAS GREAT NOT HAS HARD HAS IT LOOKS TO DO. TIME IS REALLY UP TO THE PREPARATION YOU DO. I DID MOST OF THE CUTTING OF FOOD ITEMS THE NIGHT BEFORE AND THEN IT WAS JUST REALLY EASY AFTER THAT. THEY TASTED GREAT.
