| 1/4 | cup | prepared mustard | |
| 1/2 | cup | brown sugar | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 2 | teaspoons | paprika | |
| 1 | cup | water |
Fry ham in fat.
Remove ham slices from skillet. Pour all the other ingredients into skillet, cook 5 minutes, place ham slice(s) back into sauce and cook for 5 minutes more.
Serve.
