Ingredients

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons gravy
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco)
2 tablespoons garlic minced
1 tablespoon brown sugar, dark packed
1 each lemon cut into wedges
2 pounds shrimp large, shelled and deveined

Directions

In a zip-lock plastic bag put the shrimp in, and pour marinade over. close bag and refrigerate for 24 hours, turning several times.

Remove shrimp from marinade and drain, thread on skewers with lemon wedges.

Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat source for 3 to 5 minutes, turning and basting frequently, until shrimp are cooked.

Whole-Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

I'm a 44 year old guy that over the years has become a conisuer of cookie dunking with milk. This was the first time I have ever, ever baked cookies! I cannot believe how fantastic they came out. What a great recipe. All I did was add Reeses Peanut Butter chips to teh chocolate ones and WOW! They soak up the milk and "explode" in your mouth!!! Amazing!
