INGREDIENTS:

1 LARGE BRIE WHEEL

1 CRUSTY FRENCH STICK

MARINADE:

1 TBSP. LEMON JUICE

1 TBSP. OLIVE OIL

1 TBSP. PARSLEY

1/2 EACH CHOPPED RED AND GREEN PEPPER

1 MINCED FRESH GARLIC CLOVE (OR MORE IF DESIRED)

1 TSP. DIJON MUSTARD

METHOD:

MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS FOR MARINADE IN A BOWL.

POKE HOLES IN THE BRIE TOP AND BOTTOM.

PUT HALF THE MARINADE ON THE BOTTOM OF A GLASS CONTAINER

PLACE THE BRIE ON TOP OF THE MARINADE

PUT THE SECOND HALF OF THE MARINADE ON TOP OF THE BRIE.

MARINADE IN THE FRIDGE FOR A LEAST 2 HOURS OR AS LONG AS OVER NIGHT.

PLACE THE CHEESE AND MARINADE IN FOIL WRAP AND GRILL FOR 15 MINUTES.

OR....BAKE IN A CORNING WEAR GLASS COVERED CONTAINER

FOR 15 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES.

SERVE WITH THINLY SLICED FRENCH CRUSTY BREAD.
