Ingredients

3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups avocado ripe, mashed
3 large eggs
3/4 cup buttermilk
2 cups flour, all-purpose
1/2 cup dates chopped
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup raisins, seedless
3/4 teaspoon allspice ground
1/2 cup walnuts chopped
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1 x corn syrup to garish
1 x pecans to garnish

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cream butter.

Slowly add sugar, beating until light.

Mix in avacado.

Sift dry ingredients together, reserving 1/4 cup.

Fold dry ingredients into avocado mixture.

Combine reserved 1/4 cup dry ingredients with dates, raisins, and nuts; add to dough.

Bake 65 minutes.

Brush top of loaves with corn syrup and press pecans on top.

Broil until topping bubbles.

Pork Chops and Fried Rice

I wasn't sure how this would taste but it was great. my family doesn't eat much but after dinner there was nothing to put away!! They all ask for it at least once a week. I added a little bit more bacon though and some vegitables.
