| 2 | each | avocados | peeled and cubed |
| 2 1/2 | cups | chicken broth | |
| 1 | teaspoon | curry powder | |
| 1 | x | salt | to taste |
| 1 | x | white pepper | to taste |
| 1/2 | cup | heavy whipping cream |
Blend the avocados with 1 cup of the chicken stock in a food processor until smooth. Stir in the remaining stock and the remaining ingredients.
Chill. Garnish with sliced or cubed avocados when ready to serve.

We this recipe twice. Once with the wine and one without, both were delicious. This is also a great recipe if you make it with fish.
