| 6 | cups | noodles | fine, cooked |
| 1 | large | onion | finely diced |
| 1 | cube | margarine | |
| 3 | large | eggs | extra large, beaten |
| 1/2 | cup | sour cream | |
| 1 | x | salt and black pepper | to taste |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pam Spray 9 x 13 inch pan.
Saute onion in fat until onion is clear but not brown. Add to cooked noodles along with sour cream, eggs, salt and pepper.
Transfer to sprayed casserol dish and bake 375 for about 40 minutes until set and lightly browned on top Good served with brisket of beef and sweet & sour red cabbage.

After dinner is over with, it’s time for a nice period of relaxation. It could be called a nap, but not everyone sleeps right away....
These lamb chops were excellent. My husband loves lamb and he insists these are the absolute best he's ever had. They were tasty and even though we like them a little more done than medium rare, they were still melt-in-your-mouth tender.
