Ingredients

2 pounds hash brown potatoes frozen, slightly thawed
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup onion chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound cheddar cheese
4 ounces green chili peppers diced (1 can)
8 ounces sour cream
10 ounces soup, cream of chicken
1 x nonstick cooking spray
1 x cornflake crumbs

Directions

Mix all ingredients together (except cornflakes) and spoon into sprayed 13- by 9-inch dish. Top with cornflake crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
