| 2 | packages | asparagus spears | |
| 1 | pound | ham | cooked, chopped |
| 2 | cups | swiss cheese | shredded |
| 1/2 | cup | onion | chopped |
| 6 | large | eggs | |
| 2 | cups | milk | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | buttermilk baking mix | |
| 2 | tablespoons | vegetable flakes | dried |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper |
In two greased 9 inch pie plates, layer the asparagus, ham, cheese, and onion.
In a bowl, beat eggs.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Divide in half a nd pour over asparagus mixture in each pie plate.
Bake at 375 degrees F. for 30 minutes o r until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

Five stars at least, I baked this vegetable tart for my family last weekend, all of them loved it, the cheddar cheese in the crust gives the crust incredible tasty flavor, and the fresh roasted vegetables were just perfect, I will make this tart again very soon.
