Combine shrimp, water chestnuts, mushrooms, scallions, egg, soy, honey, salt, and sesame oil.
Mix well.

Arrange dumplings onto a plate. Place into a bamboo steamer cover and steam for 15 to 20 minutes remove from steamer.
