This Asian Beef and Noodles throws together ground beef, a packet of ramen noodles, and frozen veggies into one skillet for a steaming, ginger-kissed bowl of comfort.
It’s the kind of no-fuss dinner that lands on the table in under 30 minutes, belly-filling and packed with savory flavor.
The seasoning packet from the ramen does double duty here, flavoring both the beef and the broth, so you get layers of umami without cracking open a dozen bottles.
Kitchen Tips
- Brown the beef in batches if your skillet is small; crowding the pan steams the meat instead of searing it
- Swap the frozen mixed vegetables for fresh broccoli, snap peas, or shredded cabbage for extra crunch
- Add a drizzle of sriracha or a splash of rice vinegar right before serving for a little heat and brightness

Bring to a boil, reduce heat.
Cover, simmer 3 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
Return beef skillet; stir in green onion.
