A scrumptious appetizer made with fresh artichoke hearts, cheddar cheese and soda crackers.

Ingredients

4 large eggs beaten
2 pounds cheddar cheese grated
12 ounces artichoke hearts marinated, jars, cut-up
1 x salt to taste
1 x black pepper to taste
1 x red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco) dash to taste
3 each scallions, spring or green onions chopped fine
6 each soda crackers crushed
1 clove garlic crushed

Directions

Saute onions and garlic in artichoke oil; then drain.

Mix all ingredients and spread in greased 8x8 inch pan.

Bake at 325 for 30 min.

Can be baked, frozen and re-heated.
