Artichoke Quiche

Ingredients

1package artichoke hearts frozen
1can artichoke hearts
2large eggs
1/4teaspoon tarragon
1/4teaspoon nutmeg
1/2teaspoon salt
1 1/2tablespoons butter melted
1/2tablespoon flour, all-purpose
1cup cream, half and half
1/2pound swiss cheese sliced
1each pie shell (9 inch)

Directions

Layer hearts (break apart) and cheese slices in raw pie crust.

There will be 4 layers with hearts on bottom, next cheese, then hearts and finishing on top wit h cheese.

Beat and pour remaining ingredients over top. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 40 minutes until top is browned.

Let set for several minutes before cutting.
