This vintage fluff starts by blending apricot Jello with canned apricots and cream cheese until smooth.

Once the mixture sets to a thick, pudding-like consistency, frozen whipped topping gets beaten in to create an airy, mousse-like texture.

The result molds beautifully for a retro presentation that’s part salad, part dessert, and all nostalgic.

Kitchen Tips

  • Blend the mixture completely smooth to avoid lumps of cream cheese
  • Let it set until thick before adding whipped topping so everything stays fluffy
  • Use a decorative mold and unmold onto a platter for vintage appeal

Directions
