| 1 | cup | apricots, dried | chopped |
| 3/4 | cup | water | |
| 16 | ounces | cream cheese | softened |
| 3/4 | cup | orange marmalade | |
| 2 | tablespoons | milk | |
| 1 | cup | pecans | chopped |
Combine apricots & water in small saucepan. Bring to boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Drain well.
Beat cream cheese at medium speed with electric mixer, until it's smooth and fluffy. Stir in the apricots and remaining ingredients.
Serve on crackers, english muffin or bagel.
Yield: About 3 and 1/2 cups.

I am an ice cream fan, I love all kinds of ice cream, and I love to try different ice cream too, this butter pecan ice cream, I used low-fat milk, added some raisins too, very tasty! I will do it more! Love this recipe!
