| 1 | cup | applesauce | unsweetened, or crushed pineapple |
| 1/4 | cup | molasses | |
| 1/4 | cup | honey | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | almond extract | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | pancake mix | |
| 2 | teaspoons | canola oil |
Mix liquids thoroughly. Add the dry mix. Stir gently. Pour into a well-oiled square cake pan.
Bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes or until done. Serve warm with butter and syrup or with a dollop of flavored yogurt.
