| 1 1/4 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 3 | teaspoons | baking powder | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 2 | tablespoons | sugar | |
| 1 | cup | all-bran cereal | |
| 1 | LARGE | egg | |
| 1/3 | cup | milk | |
| 2/3 | cup | applesauce | |
| 1/4 | cup | butter | melted |
Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and bran cereal.
In another bowl beat egg well and then add milk, applesauce, and melted butter. Mix the egg mixture and flour mixture just until they are well blended.
Divide the batter among 12 greased muffin tin cups. Each cup should be about 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees F for about 20 minutes. You can test to see if the muffins are done by sticking a toothpick into the center of them. If the toothpick comes out clean, the muffins are done. Otherwise, let them bake for another 5 minutes and try again.

General:Summer Savory is an annual herb, Satureja hotenis, belonging to the mint family. Its dark-green, narrow leaves are dried and crushed....
Excellent!! The BEST rolls I have ever made or taseted!! I make maybe 12-15 out of a batch rather than the suggested 18. They are larger and closer in size to a traditional roll.
