Directions

Preheat the oven to 350℉ (180℃).

Grease the bottom only of a 9 inch baking pan.

In a large saucepan, heat the margarine and applesauce together over medium heat until the margarine is just melted, then remove from heat.

Add the remaining ingredients, stir quickly to moisten, then pour the batter into the baking pan.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
