| 3/4 | cup | butter | softened |
| 3/4 | cup | sugar | |
| 1 | each | egg | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | cinnamon | |
| 1 | cup | apples | shredded |
| 3/4 | cup | oats | uncooked |
| 1/2 | cup | brown sugar | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 3/4 | teaspoon | baking soda | |
| 3/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
| Topping | |||
| 6 | ounces | chocolate chips | |
| 1 | cup | pecans | chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | powdered sugar | |
| 2 | teaspoons | milk | |
Beat butter and sugars until creamy.
Add in egg and vanilla and beat.
Add in dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
Stir in apples and oats. Spread evenly on generously greased pizza pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
Remove from oven. While hot sprinkle with 1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips.
Let stand until soft then spread.
Sprinkle 1 cup chopped pecans on top of chocolate.
Sift 1/2 cup powdered sugar, add 2 teaspoons milk.
Mix until smooth. Drizzle on top of pizza cookie.

Absolutly wonderful! I had to make this twice the same day, I forgot to cook the sausage the first time, so I had to go and do it again, but I got it and it was worth the second go around.
