Ingredients

2 tablespoons margarine, non-fat divided
1 each egg
1/3 cup milk plus 1 tbsp.
1/2 cup flour, all-purpose
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar divided
1 each apple
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Use 1 tablespoon oleo to grease an 8 inch pan.

Beat the egg with the milk.

Add the flour, salt and 2 teaspoons sugar and mix well.

Let stand for 15 minutes.

Peel and slice the apple into the pan spread evenly.

Mix the 2 tbsps sugar and the cinnamon and sprinkle over the apples.

Dot with remaining oleo.

Pour batter over the apples.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 35 minutes or till the edges are light brown and crisp.
